The European Congress on Biotechnology (ECB2026) will be held in Antwerp, Belgium, from 28 June to 1 July 2026. Submit your original research in one of the following scientific streams:

The Food Biotechnology Conference will take place on 8–9 September 2026 in Sion, Switzerland, at HES-SO Valais. The event is organized by the Plant, Agriculture and Food Division of the European Federation of Biotechnology.

The conference will cover key topics in food biotechnology, including sustainable ingredients, fermentation and upcycling, microbiome-active foods, clean-label innovation, enabling technologies and regulatory and societal aspects.

The 9th Conference on Physiology of Yeasts and Filamentous Fungi (PYFF9) will be held in Valencia, Spain from 8-11 September 2026.

The scientific programme will feature sessions covering:
  • Unlocking the secrets of fungal physiology and metabolism
  • Adapting to survive: Inside the evolutionary strategies of fungi
  • Pathogenic strategies and resistance mechanisms in fungi
