EMPLOYER BOOTHS

Stroll through the exhibition area and visit academic and industrial employers at their booths. Get first hand information from human resource specialists and life science professionals about offered career opportunities, open positions and the organisations´ culture. Use this opportunity to get an insight into the Life Science job market in Austria. And all this on the spot and in a pleasent atmosphere.

Take a look at our exhibitors and their organisation profiles under EXHIBITORS. Check back regularly for updates ;-)

TALENT POOL

The online TALENT POOL is the treasure trove for recruiters. As a registered participant you can submit your CV in advance. Starting on September 1, all exhibitors will get access to the TALENT POOL and screen the submitted CVs for potential candidates. Employers may contact you and arrange an interview during the LIFE SCIENCE CAREER FAIR for a particular job offer or to give you feedback on your CV. So, prepare your CV in time! The TALENT POOL will be open until October 31, 2022, so employers may get back to you also after the event.

We also highly recommend the creation of / or updating of your LinkedIn profile and indicate following during registration. Exhibitors will get a participants list incl. your contact details and link to your LinkedIn profile. Your LinkedIn profile is, besides your CV in the TALENT POOL, the most important source of information for recruiters, before they meet you in person at the career fair.

INTERVIEWS

Recruiters screen the CVs in the TALENT POOL – an upfront invitation to an interview is a good sign that you have made the recruiter curious!

You may also be invited to an interview on the spot at the booth, if the recruiter wants to talk with you in depth.

The INTERVIEW AREA is a calmer part located in the first floor with interview desks. Interviews are available only after invitation by exhibitors.

EMPLOYER PITCHES

During the opening session in the morning, there will be “elevator pitches” (2 minutes 2 slides presentations) by all exhibiting employers. This will give you an excellent overview and will help you lay out your route through the exhibition and to decide which exhibitors you want to visit. So don´t miss the pitches!
