We will focus on your talents, your skills, your abilities and support you to figure out your personal profile of success. Building up on the webinar we will continue with a person-centered workshop. In small groups of 6 participants at maximum we will arrange an appreciative setting.

– We will advice you how you can explore your competences anytime and everywhere by yourself. You will apply the method we have talked about within the webinar before.

– We will empower you to get a better access to your personal abilities and by the way to gain a more stable self-reliability.

– You will receive appreciative feedback from the other participants to your abilities.

Don’t waste your time with staring on weaknesses. Focus on your strengths, build them up and raise.
