The reason for this lecture is the arrival of the new Biacore T200 SPR spectrometer (see attachment for instrument information and potential applications of SPR spectroscopy). It is the first of several instruments which will be available in the new BOKU core facility "Biomolecular Analysis". The core facility will be situated at MUG III and aims at comprehensive characterization of biomolecules and interaction analyses. More information on the facility will follow soon. Other instruments that will be available include

  • automated PEAQ-Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (Malvern)
  • automated PEAQ-Differential Scanning Calorimeter (Malvern)
  • Zetasizer ZSP (Malvern)
  • ZetaView (particle metrix)
Location : seminar room 02/28 (MUG II)
