EMBO Practical Course on bioinformatics of PPIs

The course aims at bench scientist working with PPI-related data e.g. 3D protein structural data, low- or high-throughput PPI detection methods (yeast-two-hybrid, TAP-tagged pulldowns, etc.), datasets for building biological networks (e.g. gene expression data) or predicting potential interaction partners for proteins or systems of interest.

The course aims to train participants to use bioinformatics tools for predicting and analysing PPIs from their own datasets, to help them avoid missing important insights from such data.

Registration deadline was extended to February 15th,
course runs 30th May - 4th June 2016 in Budapest, Hungary.
